One of the classic climbs of Mallorca, crossing the Tramuntana, connecting the capital Palma with the port of Sóller. In 1997 the Sóller Tunnel was opened and almost all motorised traffic takes this route through the mountain. This leaves the old road a cyclists paradise. A decent climb from both sides but much harder southbound.
