Mallorca has a great selection of climbs all over the island. The majority of which are mountain passes in the Tramuntana range. Most of the climbs are in the southern European style, long climbs at gentler gradients. As opposed to the sharp steep climbs of northern Europe.
Aside from the Tramuntana mountains there are other climbs dotted around the island, often these are access roads to historical mountain top monasteries. Puig de Randa and San Salvador are amongst the most popular.
