The Weekend Plan
Escape to Mallorca and experience the best cycling this beautiful Balearic island has to offer on two wheels.
This weekend is thoughtfully designed to get you riding some of the most famous and scenic routes in Mallorca, with expert ride leaders on hand to help guide you. Everything is taken care of from the route planning to the cafe stops...so you can just enjoy the riding.
Itinerary

Day 1 - Thursday, Arrive and get set.
Set up your bikes or collect from the nearby bike rental shop.
Head out for a gentle spin to get acclimatised, check bike and make sure everything is in working order (distance to be confirmed on the day)
Enjoy your first buffet dinner before turning in for a good night’s sleep ahead of an active weekend.
Day 2 - Friday, Ride to Porrerers.
Riding: 135km with 1000m of climbing.
Head south through the quiet rolling rural roads were you will experience the smooth tarmac of Mallorca whilst ticking of the miles and cruising through some beautiful island towns. First stop will be in the charming town of Porrerers.
Day 3 - Saturday, Cycle Sa Calobra.
Riding: 110km and 2300m of climbing.
You will set off a little earlier to get the best experience of the world-famous Sa Calobra - like a piece of spaghetti thrown on the mountain, this climb does not disappoint. Taking in the breathtaking scenery of the Tramuntana mountain range this day will live long in the cycling memory.
Day 4 - Sunday, Cafe ride to the Historic town of Petra.
Riding: 9okm and 500m of climbing
After a tough day in the mountains we will ease those legs back in to action with a spin to the beautiful town of Petra. Stopping for a relaxed coffee in the main square , the heart of this picturesque town. It will be a coastal route out with quiet rolling lanes on the way back. All done at a steady pace.
Day 5 - Monday, Ride to the Lighhouse.
Riding: 45km and 1250m of climbing.
Starting with a 3km climb you will ride up and down the rollercoaster coastline of Formentor enjoying more of that smooth asphalt. . Stopping at the lighthouse for a coffee and great photo opportunity you will then roll back taking in the spectacular views across the bay. A short route, but a challenging one to finish a brilliant cycling holiday in Mallorca.

You will be based at a four star hotel in Puerto Pollenca which is just a five minutes walk from the beach, bars, shops and only 35 minutes from Palma airport.
